If your intent is to restore an old and or very expensive piece of equipment. We have your back with specialty chemicals, 440 psi 300 degree power-washer and the knowledge and resources to find those hard to find obsolete parts. There are several instances during the repair of any given piece of equipment that the repair cost will come close to, or even exceed, the cost of purchasing a new unit. Our technician will notify you if anything like this ever happens and give you the option of repairing or replacing the unit.

Mr. Lewton, President and founder, has firsthand knowledge of what it takes to be an employee and run a business. Mr. Lewton started at the bottom when he started at Wendy’s International. He worked his way up with many accolades to finally managing 67 Wendy’s stores and consulting an additional 23 franchise stores. With cutbacks and the economy, Mr. Lewton’s position was eliminated. This is when he decided to take his skills of running every vendor and technician to the commercial market, in hope of helping owners save money by bundling a one-call service with excellent rates.   You might see Mr. Lewton in the field handling your service calls, or checking in on his technicians and vendors, because he wants to keep in contact with his customers. He wants to ensure that all of Maintenance Chef’s customers are treated with respect and are not viewed as just another service call.
